We invite you to attend our risk engineering workshop where we will discuss a risk assessment based approach to business resilience and supply chain management. Understanding the risks presented, what the impact might be and how you might mitigate against some of these potential losses.
PIB Client Academy is dedicated to providing insight and advice on a range of areas of risk, guiding you through the different measures that can be taken to help mitigate risk and safeguard your business.
What is covered?
This academy will be hosted by our Head of Property Risk Engineering, David Plowman
The first session will look at some of the major risks facing businesses from an operational risk perspective including supply chain and premises level interruption. The session will continue with consideration of how risks might be assessed and prioritised.
The second part of the session will help you to consider the mitigating measures which you may wish to apply to reduce either the likelihood or severity of an event and how you might plan to react in the event of incidents or interruptions.
Who is this aimed at?
This session is aimed at business owners, senior/operational management and risk managers wishing to understand in more detail a risk engineering approach to business resilience and supply chain management.
