This session is aimed at senior staff wishing to review and shape the way that their business defends a claim.
We invite you to attend our claims defensibility workshop where we facilitate an exchange of views, challenges and ideas between organisations about how best to defend a liability claim.

What is covered?
This academy will be hosted by Craig Faulkner, Crawford Casualty, Chartered Loss Adjusters and Claims Specialists.
The session will revolve around a workplace accident and particularly around how this incident is notified and investigated by your insurers and loss adjusters.
The second part of the session concentrates on why liability may attach and how best to defend a claim, concentrating on:
- Safe working practices
- Employee training
- Risk assessments
