Navigating Construction Contracts: A comprehensive insight into JCT Contracts and Structural Warranties
We invite you to join us for our Construction Contracts workshop where we will dive into the complex world of the JCT Suite of contracts and discuss crucial aspects to structural warranties that your business needs to be aware of.

What is covered?
The first session part of the session will provide an overview of the JCT suite of contracts and the types of projects for which each contract is appropriate, looking at key amendments made to the JCT Design and Build Contract and contractor favourable amendments. It will also focus on Ancillary documents, including Performance Bonds, Parent Company Guarantees, Collateral Warranties and Third Party Agreements.
The second part of the session will cover Structural Warranties including key exclusions, duration and usual notice/claim requirements.
