What to expect from the day
The day will begin with a welcome from PIB and Kennedys where we will cover key considerations for social care, crisis management, and CQC investigations. Kennedys will take you through a mock PACE interview exploring the scenarios of ill treatment and wilful neglect, encouraging practical learning and discussion.
Following lunch, we will cover CQC trends in prosecution, examining notable cases and fines. We will also explore inquests in the social care arena, followed by a mock inquest session. Wrapping up the day with key learnings and Q&A.
