Tell us about your career so far

I have been working in the insurance industry for the past eight years, ever since I graduated from university, so it’s all that I know.

What are you most looking forward to?

Supporting Richard Cupit and the wider healthcare team, continuing to learn from my peers along the way, and ultimately to become a valuable asset to the team.

What were your first impressions of PIB?

Really positive. The culture and processes here are completely different from what I have been used to and it’s so refreshing. I’ve joined a fantastic, close-knit team, and everyone I have been introduced to have been welcoming and helpful.

What drives you to succeed?

On a personal level, my priority is my family—ensuring I can provide for them comfortably so that my children never miss out on opportunities. On a professional level, having spent my entire career in sales, I am driven by hitting targets, delivering strong results, and consistently getting numbers on the board.

What’s the best advice you’ve been given?

I have been fortunate to receive a great deal of valuable advice over the years, both professionally and personally. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is to always choose kindness and offer help whenever possible, as everyone is facing their own challenges in life. Life is too short, so avoid dramas and quarrels with others over nothing. And if you don’t have anything positive or constructive to say, sometimes it’s best to stay silent.

How do you measure success?

As a salesperson, I measure success by consistently achieving and surpassing my targets, ensuring that my numbers grow year after year. Reaching my goals without fail serves as a clear indication of my progress, dedication, and ability to perform at a high level.

Tell us about life outside work

Much of my home life revolves around my 2 little boys, when I have time to myself, I love to watch the football and UFC or spend time with my friends and family. I also love to keep a firm eye on stock, crypto and property markets.
