PIB Insurance Brokers brings skill sets together as it opens a new branch in Chelmsford

Specialist insurance broker, PIB Insurance Brokers, is pleased to announce the opening of a new branch in Chelmsford. Based in the business hub of the city, the new office brings together several teams under one roof, who are all part of the PIB Group. These include Erskine Murray Insurance Brokers previously based in Colchester, who provide their wealth of experience within Professional Indemnity Insurance for architects, consulting engineers and the construction industry, the Development team with expertise in mid-corporate business for a variety of businesses, including the care sector and construction, and the PIB Insurance Brokers team from West Horndon. The office is also home to a new team of experts.

The new location offers the business the opportunity to establish itself outside of the city to further strengthen its client offering to Essex and East Anglia. With excellent nearby transport connections, many current employees can enjoy the flexibility to work closer to home or commute easily into the city of London.

The new branch is headed up by Brett Wexler, who recently joined PIB Insurance Brokers having previously worked for Marsh Commercial where he held the position of Vice President. Brett has 42 years’ experience in the insurance sector, including expertise in hospitality and retail.

Brett commented: ‘Our new Chelmsford office brings together some brilliant people all under one roof. I am really looking forward to building our team, with each member bringing in fresh ideas and vigour whilst continuing to provide both existing and new clients with the service they deserve. The new team in Chelmsford will be focusing on lead generation of medium to large businesses, as well as supporting the existing clients of Erskine Murray and the West Horndon team on its move.
