We invite you to attend our business interruption and continuity planning workshop where we will discuss the common factors which influence a business’ recovery in the event of a loss and how you might mitigate against some of these risks.

What is covered?
This academy will be hosted by our Head of Property Risk Engineering, David Plowman. The first session will help you to understand the loss recovery timeline, common factors to consider in preparing for loss mitigation, risk transfer (insurance) and the various factors which influence a recovery. The second part of the session will look at the process and steps to complete an effective business continuity management system and how to embed this into your organisations culture.
