Cyber Crime - Inside the mind of an attacker

This session is aimed at senior management wishing to understand the nature of the cyber risks their business is exposed to, how vulnerabilities can be easily exploited, and what the resultant cost and interruption to the business can be.

Cyber attack

We invite you to attend our cyber workshop where we will provide insight into the “Attackers eye view” of what a cybercriminal can observe from your business’s online presence, together with the attack vectors they can utilise to undertake a Ransomware attack.

PIB Client Academy is dedicated to providing insight and advice on a range of areas of risk, guiding you through the different measures that can be taken to help mitigate risk and safeguard your business.

What is covered?
This academy will be hosted by our Cyber insurance expert, Steve Cross alongside an Industry cyber threat analyst from one of our Cyber Risk partners. The session will take you on a journey through a cyber criminal’s perspective, explaining how they profile their victims, how Ransomware attacks are deployed and the levers they have on their victims. The second session of our event will then take you through a real-life case study, exploring what unfolds in the 72 hours after an attack, the cost to the business, and how cyber insurance responds.

Who is this aimed at?
This session is aimed at senior management wishing to understand the nature of the cyber risks their business is exposed to, how vulnerabilities can be easily exploited, and what the resultant cost and interruption to the business can be.
